"Staff didn't acknowledge my booking because they couldn't find me in the system. Even after showing my reservation confirmation number, I was told to call the booking company. While on the phone outside, they found my reservation printed off on the desk which pulled me from the system. This wouldn't be a big deal, but due to circumstances I had a late check-in and had an extremely early morning check-out... I just needed a few hours of sleep. No soaps in the bathroom (hand soap or shower soaps). Broken towel rack. Rust/mold in the fridge."

"It's real run down. Rust on the faucets, socket cover missing, bathroom floor was oily, slick, carpet wasn't very clean etc... I won't be going back."

"The fridge didn’t work. It’s smelled like mildew. The sheets had hair on them and we got a no smoking room and there were burn holes on the bedding. It was so misleading in regards to the pictures that are online."

"We didn’t have hot tub. Sign in ladies were nice. Breakfast $12.99 after staying there. Housekeeping ppl we ugly and bad attitude. We will never stay there again "
