「I made a reservation for a double room . When I got there they gave me a handicap room and said that was the room I reserved but it wasn’t. The front desk person was very rude and refused to help me even after I told her and showed her my reservation she said there was nothing they could do . She said she didn’t know why it was handicap room when the reservation was for a regular room. I was very upset and disappointed but they didn’t care.」

「Shower had hair in it when we arrived and was clearly dirty. Sheets were never changed when we stayed six days. Staff were not happy and we heard one threaten to quit. Nothing works.」

「My room was bug-infested; hardly any water came out of the sink faucet; there was no lamp; the deadbolt would not close; in five nights, no room service (toilet paper, change of towels, emptying trash) was offered or provided. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was not clean. I would never return.」

「They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.」

「Toilet papers were used for previous people, smell really bad the rooms ,poor maintenance,dark at night time , don’t gooooo there ,place is disgustingly」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」
