Very well maintained grounds On the water, excellent dock, fish cleaning station, lots of chairs and other to just lay back and relax. Our cottage was very well equipped and decorated above expectations. Close to all you need. Pool area very nice and clean.

Fantastic hideaway

A quick weekend getaway

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Our cottage was very pretty and big enough for our needs. It has a lovely small yard for our little dog. It is surprisingly private and quiet. The pool was lovely. The dock is so peaceful and a surprising little oasis. We loved our stay.

Great get away. Private dwellings are very, very hard to find. We noticed everything was recently updated and in great shape. Low key atmosphere and hanging out on the river front deck made this an awesome place to stay

We enjoy coming here every year. It's very relaxing and we love having our own cottage when we come to visit the grandkids. I don't want to say too much more because I don't want it to be sold out next time I come! Seriously though, it's a great setting.

Adorable cottage!

The cottage was perfect very clean and quiet. We had a one bedroom and the outside patio is large I highly recommend the place for a couple.

Great Local Family Owned and Operated Bungalows

Pirate's Pointe Resort was the perfect location for us while visiting family nearby! This cozy bungalow felt very "Florida" in the best way, bright colors and beautiful lush landscaping. We also really enjoyed being able to walk out on the dock to view the beautiful surrounding areas on the water. Owners Tammie and Tom go above and beyond in making sure your stay is comfortable and even made an effort to check in with us during our stay. You can tell that they put a lot of effort and care into this local family owned and operated establishment. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

We stayed here 2 nights and absolutely loved the serene quiet environment. There is a beautiful pool and also a nice quit deck on the river with plenty of seating options. The rooms were super clean, newly decorated with everything you need. Tammy and Tom were very nice hosts and do a great job making you feel welcome. I would stay here again.

Cute cottage in Ruskin, Fl

We stayed in 1835. The decor was so cute! We loved sitting down by the water on the areas they had for guest to relax. They only improvement was a more comfortable couch for the living room. We were busy during the day but wanted to watch tv to relax at night. The room itself was clean especially the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

We a great time.... the location was perfect, we went fushing off the dock it was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was so nice with a waterfall and decorated so nice. The landscaping was beautiful. We will definitely return.

Exceeded our expectations. We were in a remodeled cottage. Bigger than I thought it would be. With one queen bed and full kitchen and pull out sofa and nice big bathroom.. So cute and clean with an outdoor little patio area with privacy fencing. Pull right up to your front door. Ice and snacks in the office for cheap. Cute clean pool. Not crowded Fishing pier with covered shady areas. So nice! Nice owners!

We found our new family spot for vacations. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL place. Room was super clean and homey. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. They whole resort was very well kept and clean. The owners were incredibly kind! They're the kind of people that would give you the shirt off their backs. I can't brag enough. Already booked our next stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in the one-bedroom cottage right by the river. It was a beautifully decorated place, clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. PLUS there was a wonderful private patio and a big shade tree. All our good intentions for getting out on Saturday were lost as we relaxed out there! After a hectic week, it was lovely to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Exactly as promised. Fully handicapped accessible. Very comfortable in terms of the sleeping surface and temperature. The heating and cooling unit was very quiet, quick and efficient. Super pool, heated and SO clean! Full kitchen and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Super responsive hosts, on the property or available all the time. Would come again, and hope to!

This is such a cute little resort. It has all that you need if not ask Tammy and she will help you. It is a circular drive of individual bungalow type places. We stayed in a king size studio place. It was very clean and spacious. It has lots of windows to let in sunlight. Has shades to close at night. They have a pool in the complex. There is a dock that has places where you can sit and enjoy the river area. They have canoes that you can rent for very inexpensive. It is in a very quiet secluded area. We will definitely return again.
