「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The staff at the pool side bar and restraunt were awesome and friendly. The food was good . We initially booked a oceanfront suite in the actual Hilton hotel section. Upon arrival they advised the room had a water leak. They moved us to the Hilton Palms condo building next to Hilton. The building was run down. Our condo they placed us in was outdated from the the 80's, not ocean front or balcony. The bathroom had a toilet leak and was dirty with hair on the ground. After going back to front...

「Great location, nice pool area. Check in took a very long time. Also there is a $20/ day charge for parking which is very uncommon in Myrtle beach. I have stayed at over 20+ hotel in Myrtle beach and never paid for parking. WiFi access was very complicated. No daily housekeeping service also disappointing.」

「The property was beautiful. The outdoor pool area and the water park were very nice for families with young children. I never saw the indoor pool because it was not within walking distance. They had shuttles but we opted not to use them. The room was very small and the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was barely enough room in the bathroom to turn around. We had 2 queen beds and you had to turn sideways to get around the one closest to the wall. The staff were very helpful...
