「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. We especially enjoyed the Stitch movie night!! My granddaughter had a great time. The tropical drink and food menu were an excellent idea. The only downside was our washing machine didn’t work and had water sitting in it indicating the previous guests staying in the room knew about this and either didn’t say anything or the staff didn’t bother fixing it prior to someone else staying in the room. Why wouldn’t this be a check for housekeeping? The maintenance...
