「I love that Shell Island has all beachfront views, and all are gorgeous!!! The staff are all friendly and helpful. I love that they have a restaurant right in the hotel. This was a great stay. I will come back again and again!!! 」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The room was very clean and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Each morning, a deluxe continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room with plenty of options to suit everyone. The hot tub was clean and disinfected. Of course the ocean view was beautiful! There is adequate on-site parking, as well. Overall, an excellent choice.」
