「We loved the room. Everything was clean and neat. The common areas were awkwardly quiet. The reception area could have used some background music or even white noise. People who were there waiting on a high energy concert were speaking in hushed tones. For people who want a very serene atmosphere, this is it. Also, the pool area--while very clean--is virtually non-descript. Not inviting, echoey. But absolutely met the requirements, just no positive personality.」

I think this is SOP at most hotels as who likes dunking around with those little coffee makers in your room.
