「The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

「Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place.」

「員工很親切的接待 也非常願意幫忙 房間是很乾淨 不方便的是沒有提供停車位 不好的經驗是隔天並沒有來整理房間 通知之後過了三個小時仍然沒有整理房間 最後是換了房間 有一些不便」

「We were disappointed the bed (and pillows) had not been updated in quite some time. Came away after 3 days with sore backs. Also surprised that there were no vanity kits in the bathroom for travels such has cotton pads or nail files etc. One day they remade the bed and the second day, nothing! We chose this hotel for its convenience and...

After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

「Everything was great. A little more detail could have been given to the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the shower walls」

「We were in Wilmington for my husband’s surgery. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic with a smile to boot!!」

「Centrally located, clean room and breakfast area nice and selection good.」
