「We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. 「This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. 」
