"This was our first time staying in a Residence Inn and it will not be our last! This location was very convenient for our plans while in Cleveland. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so polite and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The room was great. Nice and clean, everything was exactly as pictured. The breakfast was also great. There was a variety of options, and everything was delicious. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the sofa bed was smelly, uncomfortable and hard to fold back into sofa form. But it's a hotel sofa bed so, we didn't expect it to be great. Overall, this hotel has pretty much ruined me for all other hotels. My next booking will absolutely be with another Marriot hotel! "

"Great, old building that has been transformed into a very nice hotel. Super convenient location to walk to the art museum and Little Italy. The walls are a bit thin, but the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic!"
