"This hotel is incredible!! "

"Hotel overbooked and our payed two queen rooms got taken by bus loads of band kids before we could check in and we were offered to take two rooms with king beds or cancel the reservation. We had booked for seven people to sleep. After talking with property manger, they gave us three rooms with king beds but we had to compromise our sleeping arrangements. When reaching out to Hilton directly they offered no help. Told us to contact Expedia. Person at front desk was by himself and clearly stressed because he was dealing other people who were having similar reservation issues. Seems like hotel prioritized a bus load of customers over those who have been constantly booking there over a year. First time this has happened to us at this hotel. Previous visits went without any issues. Hopefully this was a one time fluke."

"Stay was nice only Complaint is cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking hair in corner , front of sink dirty ,shower glass dirty and wall above trash and food on wall "

"The room and cleanliness was good. The staff were courteous. Breakfast was great. There could have been more staff at the front desk considering it was a busy day with Case Western open house and new admittance day. "
