「Amazing!! I see why they are highly rated. We had a one bedroom apartment that was spotlessly clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. The amenities (community room with kids play area, a beautiful, huge atrium with yard games no less and a lovely roof top area with seating and its own wet bar) were an unexpected plus. 「All of the staff was exceptional! The night manager, Lane, was extremely helpful when our car broke down and we arrived 8 hrs behind schedule. The free breakfast was great, but the addition of the free limited buffet from 5:30-7:00, with 3 cocktails per person was EXCEPTIONAL! Our 1 play day there we walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame--we were there 4 hrs!! And we also toured the USS Cod Submarine.」

「This is a high quality hotel. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Everything you need including iron and ironing board were available in the room as well as tea and coffee. Toiletries were of high quality. View from room was lovely, overlooking Lake Erie. Hotel is within walking distance for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, stadium and downtown. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.」
