"Most of the staff were excellent. I had a problem with the valet. I had called down to have my car retrieved and twice they failed to retrieve my car. When I complained a Mr. Smith became obnoxious and eyeballed me. He is a potential liability for the hotel."

"The location was fantastic and quiet with a phenomenal breakfast included. Room and bed…great. Patio? Gorgeous. Front desk and breakfast team were so accommodating and polite. The only complaint would be the bar staff. Neither of the bartenders were personable (or even polite for that matter) and messed up our bill. Maybe they both were having bad nights, so don't let that stop you from staying here because everything else was fabulous!"

"The room was very spacious, but was not properly cleaned. I found an old towel from a previous guest in the office chair & a cabinet fl of oet snacks from a previous guest in the cabinet. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in the hallways and in the room. For the price you would expect more. During breakfast, the coffee was inoperable as well."

"The staff were very good when we got there in evening , but in the morning they could not be found when really needed them. We needed help with luggage in morning , nobody around. We are in our 80+ age and we tip good, but we did it all ourselves."

"The property was cool. I only had 2 things that concerned me. 1. There were way too many spiders there and webs were everywhere. 2. I came with 1 other person and we were given 1 hotel key. I requested a second, but I was told they ran out of hotel keys. I don’t know how that was possible while other people were checking in."

"This was an absolute gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. Had the shops we needed close by. It was immaculate. The only drawback was the three flights of steps that were not mentioned in the listing. My husband is an older gentleman and that was hard for him and the lack of air conditioning. Thanks For All You Do"

"The apartment was very nice, very clean. The bathroom is immaculate! The building was not so much. The building is dog friendly, but the dog waste basket outside the entrance door was overflowing with dog waste bags. The smell was unbearable! Great location, you can walk to Little Italy and other nearby watering holes."
