「Staff is terrible. No reception desk. The woman messaging me did not send me my room number or door code even after check in when I texted her for it. 「Room was in need of an update; bathtub shower was dangerously slick. Pool was nice although heated water was still somewhat chilly. Having a lounge was nice, but the cooler did not chill the beer. Breakfast wasn't very good-cold eggs and sausage. We understand the facility is going through renovations, but we decided to shorten our stay by a couple days. Staff was courteous.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
