"The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. "Breakfast hot buffet items were cold or undercooked. Dinner fish and chips were over cooked and was served with mushy peas when the menu said crushed peas. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and grounds. Lovely pool and spa. "

"Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. We'll definitely be back soon..a great big.thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay PERFECT ! "

"Overall excellent value for money. Good breakfast and the staff were really friendly. Slightly odd smell in some of the downstairs corridors - a bit like damp? The facilities were really good, loved the spa and the gym. Beautiful property. Lots of parking. Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel. Overall enjoyed our stay "
