"Decent motel if looking to cut costs. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. Loved the long pool hours during the summer. Decently close to Sedona- approximately a 30 minute drive. Swamp coolers keep the units nice and cold. Only complaints were the walls where a little thin and we couldn’t find an off leash area for our dogs. Overall a nice budget friendly stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and seems as if it had been upgraded. There was a sizeable mini fridge with freezer. All areas were clean. They had a sink, dishwasher and hot plate as well as a microwave. All clean and in very good condition too! I would definitely stay there again! "

"The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later. "

"We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. "
