「酒店位置不算太方便但屬於靠近距離到機場及市中心中間位置,鄰近有商場及食肆,附近環境比較清幽,可惜酒店設備略舊,如果二次登價錢不算吸引！」

「Far from city and metro station around 10 mins walk to metro station. Not a business or tourist district, only housing buildings. Nothing to shop or eat around the area. The hotel is quite good, especially free offer refreshments including drinks coffee beer, wine, soda, popcorn cake salad, etc everyday to every guests. Breakfast very nice and delicious and healthy. serving staff (Emedia and the cooking guy) very professional and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable.」

「I have went to different hotels and would like to put up some good points of the hotels as suggestion to people. But this one I am quiet disappointed. This is a new hotel but the room inside do not have electric kettles, so you have no hot water to drink, and no tea bag or coffee pack, and no tissue box which made me feel very uncomfortable and inconvenient. But it stated they have electric kettles in their list of provision. Besides, the hotel promise to have health fitness room, when I...

「Excelent location , the hotel es located 1 min walk to the metro station “el Carmen” , right behind the hotel there’s a market building of the district ventas , the hotel room is spacious but the defect is the carpet looks like old and not so clean . The breakfast is varied , staff are kind . 」

「The problem in this hotel is the bathroom is shared.」

「The hotel staff, especially the reception team, were kind, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. However, the biggest issue was the terrible soundproofing. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, even the sound of showers and running water. The noise was so loud and disturbing that it was almost impossible to sleep peacefully at night. Despite the excellent staff, this was a major disappointment.」

「The toliet was too small, the towels were dirty. Cannot find the space to put the shower gel.」

「Great staff and very helpful! there was a terrace for breakfast but unfortunately we couldn’t use it as we t wasn’t open. The breakfast area was a bit crowded.」

「The hotel In general was good, room, parking, breakfast. Just no VIP service was done, but was fine in general.」

「La chambre est très belle et très propre. Tout est neuf mais malheureusement très mal insonorisé. Je n’ai pas dormi pendant 3 nuits, on entend les voisins, le camion poubelle et l’ascenseur.」

We checked in 38 minutes late due to a payment issue nobody bothered to tell us about, only to arrive at a filthy apartment. Yet on departure day, someone knocked at 10:40am to remind us to leave. Suddenly, punctuality mattered. Hilarious. The flat stank of sewage, particularly the bathroom, with the...
