"The issue was when we checked in, we noticed that the room was a little bit smaller. My wife looked at more details and found out that the room they had set us up with was a regular room with a king-sized bed, which ended up being tiny and not being able to support the full 3 people that we needed.
So I naturally went down and said, "Hey, it doesn't seem like the room is correct." But they totally had a very interesting response in that they didn't want to give us the upgrade. They said it needed to contact you and that there was some mistake on Expedia's side, which is really frustrating. But eventually they did give us the room that you hopefully we had rented, and it was very nice. We've been enjoying it so far. It was a little annoying, but overall seemed good."

"The mattress was ok but it could have been better. They have premium channels like HBO. The location was perfect, with endless dining options and night clubs.. There’s also a Vons Grocery Store next door to top it off. Marina & aquarium half of mile away, The Queen Mary is a $25 Uber ride or a 3.5 mile walk. The staff was friendly and helpful.
