"Clean rooms"

"The property is old, but quaint. The AC worked well and the unit had a mini kitchen which would be convenient for those staying a longer time. However, the foyer smelled badly of cat(?) urine and the mattress seemed old and uncomfortable. It was very sunken in the middle. There is no elevator."

"This property was good for the price and location. The elevator access is a feature that some properties in similar price range do not have. The location of this facility is very good, close to a super market (VONS) and easy walking distance to bus lines. There are many and varied restaurants within an easy walk."

"This was a great hotel. Gorgeous rooms, very quiet. Perfect location to the convention center and restaurants in Long Beach. The staff was friendly. Especially the young gal at the front desk. We would definitely stay again! "

"The room was clean and nice but bathroom was very small I was very up set with the fact I had to park a few blocks away from the hotel and also pay a $20 cash fee to park my car at another hotels parking lot.. I should of stayed at that hotel.."
