「新酒店很漂亮」

「I was for a birthday three days in Surabaya and the hotel was great from the bottom to the top. But what i really want to mention is the matress which was the most comfortable in my life. Terimah kasih 」

「I arrived the hotel at 4pm, the room still not ready. I had to wait for an hour for them to clean up the room. For the room, the towels and bed sheets are very dirty. The water in the sink goes very very slowly. I had to call the people to fix it, but after 1 day, all the problems came back to me again.」

「シャワータイプのトイレであり、トイレットペーパーが設置されていない為、日本人には慣れない。風呂のシャワーについては、手持ち部分に亀裂があり、そこから水が漏れ出ている為、水圧が弱い。また、湯が出るまでにかなりの時間を要する。コンセントの場所が使いづらい。」

「Cozy well functioned appartment with wifi, netflix, warn shower and small kitchen. The host was very responsive and allowed late check out. We will come back next time We」

「Séjour horrible! Même si le personnel semblait sympathique, l’état de l’auberge laisse à désirer. La chambre très mal entretenue puait (littéralement) à tel point que j’ai du dormir avec un masque et de l’huile de lavande. État de propreté discutable! J’ai dû demander un drap car seulement une couverture sans doute pas lavée après le passage des clients. Mon avion était dans l’après midi mais j’ai préféré partir le matin pour respirer à l’aéroport! Bref, personnellement, je ne remettrai plus...
