「This is very charming and unique hotel with a bar downstairs and a lovely backyard. And it’s walking distance from Wimbledon so very convenient. And there is air conditioning!」

「The shower facility water pipe outflow was not through. Water was spread out of the tank after shower. Others are satisfied. 」

「As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree」

「離公車站很近，對於要去看溫布頓球賽者是一個方便的旅館，旅館工作人員十分友善，寄放行李也沒問題，還會送到入住的房間裡，附送的早餐也十分美味！」

「很推薦」

「The location is far from the overgound/underground. The room is stuffy. The shower head is weak. The room is dark. I felt like this hotel is 3 stars rather than 5. 」

「Beautiful location and property. Quite lovely amenities and an extremely kind and helpful staff.」

「The parking is NOT a real amenity of the hotel - it is self-serve street parking that requires you to move your vehicle every 4 hours during the day or to park a 5 minute walk away in a more residential area. The location was easy access to the train station and local shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.」

「Functional, but not pleasant, and so many issues. Will not return.」

No one around and a car parked on red double lines opposite. It stayed there for a couple of minutes then u-turned and mounted the pavement within a foot of where I was standing. Nothing actually happened. They only stayed there a few seconds then circled round at traffic lights up the road and drove off at about 70mph. I reported all this to...

「The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great」

「Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.」

「Title: PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. I will start with the positives. The flat itself is quite nice. Each room is a good size, The bathroom is lovely, but through the stay we noticed slight dirt and dust. Nothing that ruined the night itself though! The stay was a small sleepover arranged for my birthday (6 people) so the space was great for this! Our only wish was that there was a TV in the living room/kitchen. But this...
