"Best indoor pool at any hotel I've stayed at. Not cold at all. Room was great, staff was great, and we loved the indoor forest with the little waterfall and stream. I wish all the hotels I stay at were this good."

"I'd I could give 0 rating I would. The customer service here is the worst of the worst. Any question that I asked to the front desk they replied with attitude and flat out rude. We also got an additional $200 taken apart from the deposit when we checked in. When checking out the front desk said the cleaning lady accused us of allegedly broking something, and when we asked what the item was they only said "I don't know." When we asked to speak to a manager they just pointed at the number to contact and said "there". Aboutly disgusting of a service here. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place needs a regional manager check. "

"We liked that many things are walkable. Huge mall across the street. Yankee stadium close by, and many close restaurants."

"This is a great hotel with a great location. I love that it is connected to the mall and lots of dining options. The mall is top tier too. We used the airport shuttle to take a to and from the airport! My only complaint is that the rooms a slightly dated and the water pressure in the bathroom was rather low. "
