「The property is not being well maintained. It is old and falling apart. Our room did not have a mirror. The sink was falling down and there is no hot water. But I think the hot water thing is the country so I don't want to go there. There's cats everywhere and there's trash and all of the gardens are not maintained at all and you're in a tropical area that is terrible. This place was the ultimate getaway for Puerto Rico at one time. Somebody needs to step up and bring it back. The staff running...

「Excellent Place, Location, Staff. Perfect Dining !!」

「Excelente desayuno, limpieza.

「Great location, clean room and affordable price.」

「I love this place very much because of the beach view, the sunrise and sunsets, very relaxing..every room is unique and very clean.」

「Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! You won't regret it.」

「Piso susio hotel abandonado」

「Views are beautiful, great restaurant on hotel premises.」

「First I rented an ocean veiw room and it wasn't. The check in code was wrong. Room had many spider webs. Mattress was stained. Pool was dirty. Pool area was barely lighted. Door barely closed to room.」
