"Great stay"

"Day of arrival front door broken my reservation was for 1 room 3 beds , I got to 4th floor I was given 1 room 1 bed then I walked back to get the room I paid for the guy change my room but was rude about it. No A/C non of them work and they are new ? Then he told me open your window , I opened the window and it felt on the ground, I was told complementary breakfast and they have nothing The door on the shower was likings water he told me that is ok … The bed mattress was very hard and my back was hurting every day I told him about and he told me that they will be replace next month The only thing I was given was hot water for tea but I would not recommend this Hotel at all pay more and go somewhere else "

"The room itself and location are great. However, The advertisement of this properly is misleading as the rooftop bar and restaurant is not in the main building and actual on another street within another building, which is very disappointing and not made clear. Also be prepared to pay inflated prices if you do go to the rooftop bar (equivalent of £15 for one beer and one soft drink). Would recommend finding another hotel which has the rooftop access in the building for the city view. "

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either."
