「服务真的是非常好，以至于我都想要赶紧给小费。人员耐心，热情。但是卫生上有点瑕疵，隔音效果一般。」

「L'hôtel est super bien placé pour découvrir Istanbul. Juste à quelques pas de tous les points importants à découvrir. Les hôtes sont adorables le petit déjeuner suffisamment garni. Café et thé à volonté et toute la journée 」

「It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. 」

「Hotel was close to everything in the heart of instanbul mr usman and murad theyre the best at customer service and i will highly reccomend friends and family to go this hotel and these people go the extra mile to help you, if i go to turkey again ill go to this hotel again and its a very clean and nice hotel.」
