The hotel itself is clean, modern, and the staff were generally friendly.
However, I was disappointed because before my arrival I specifically mentioned that I was traveling alone for the first time in Istanbul and that having a nice, bright, and safe-feeling room was very important to me. I was told this would be noted, but unfortunately it was not taken into consideration.
I also chose this hotel because of the beautiful views shown in the online photos, but my room was facing a dark side street with very little natural light.
I understand that the hotel became fully booked, and the staff were polite, but overall the room experience did not match what I expected when booking.
On the positive side, the room was very clean and modern.
