Exceptionally clean. Fantastic location and views. Staff tries hard, but is VERY limited in complicated situations. Of course KLM lost my luggage 40 hours till bag was delivered. Front desk tried so hard to help, but were limited. Reservation included breakfast. When we presented early in morning to eat, was told cost pp was 15 euros. Apparently no communication. Neighboorhood cats hang out in the lobby. Charming. The staff did all they coulf, but to be fair frequently over promised, especially with the bag ordeal. I assess it was due to language barrier

The stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was well positioned and public transport was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and our room was spacious and clean with great views. The breakfast on offer was the only let down. We would definitely stay here again.

Small Boutique hotel with kind friendly staff and a lovely terrace overlooking the water way with a delicious breakfast served daily for a small charge. Also loved the Jetted tub, and view from it was pretty nice as well. Great restraunts within walking distance, cafes and coffee shop's

The hotel is very new and beautifully furnished. It checked all the boxes - clean, quiet, free breakfast, goid TV with multiple channels and netflix to log into your account, good shower and towels, soft linen and pillows, comfy bed, organic moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. 1 con was that the AC wasnt cool at all, the room was very hot at night. Opening the window would have been a better option, except for the fact that it doesnt have mosquito nets so I got a lot of large mosquito bites.

La hora de check in era a las 2:00 pm y cuando llegamos nuestra habitación estaba ocupada. De hecho se dieron cuenta cuando nos llevaron, la abrieron y vieron las pertenencias de los otros huéspedes. Nos entregaron esa mis habitación como a la 11:00 y estaban sucias las sábanas y en general la habitación. Solicitamos que se limpiara y no quedamos satisfechos con la limpieza. Ofrecieron un 15% de descuento en el consumo del desayuno que tiene disponible pero estaba caro y malo.

J’ai passé 5 nuits dans une chambre simple. Mis à part la gentillesse de la personne à l’accueil et le fait que le tramway soit juste en face de l’hôtel, tout le reste était horrible. L’hôtel est sombre, manque de propreté, je me suis faite piquée par des punaise de lit, le plancher est infecté. L’odeur des canalisations est très gênante, quand on rentre dans la douche ça sent très mauvais. L’odeur des draps horribles, la fumée de cigarette qui sortant des bouches d’aération, insupportable. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre, nous avons à disposition des simples plaids. J’ai été très déçu…
