"Everything was great"

"What was advertised online was not what we experienced in person. This felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. When we checked in on Monday, the TV didn't work, there was no phone in the room, no hair dryer, the iron didn't work, and for a suite we only had one plate and one glass. The towels and washcloths looked old and dingy. We reported the issues immediately, but it took until Wednesday night and multiple request before they finally replaced the TV and provided a phone, plate, and hair dryer. The property advertises free Wi-Fi, but it never worked. We had to use our hotspot from Monday - Thursday. After it rained, water came underneath the door, and the exterior door was difficult to open and close. The most concerning issue was security. The front desk gave another guest a key to our room without verifying her identity. She wasn't locked out of her room. She had simply gone to the wrong room. A stranger should never be given access to another guest's room. On checkout day, I had an important Zoom meeting and requested a late checkout. With everything we experienced, I thought this was a reasonable request. It was denied. We're Expedia Platinum members and travel frequently, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had. Don't let the online photos fool you. The rooms are exterior-entry like a motel, and the property looks much better online than it does in person. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Room was ok but the bathroom was terrible no hair dryer no Kleenex no place to put suitcases had to pay for ice pool was nice but the rest of the property was run down and nasty no good place to walk a dog on property had to leave property for breakfast wouldn’t stay there again. But staff was good"

"Horrible customer service. My family arrived at 2am after traveling for 6 hours. Our room was already paid in full via hotels.com. The hotel would not let us in our room because they did not accept any of our cards, paypal, chime, cash app or venmo, and the one major credit card we had was only available via tap which they also wouldnt accept. They so far have not refunded us for the night and forced me to sit in the parking lot at 2am with my infant and other small child looking for another accommodation. We went to Candlewood suite and checked in with no problem what so ever."

"I go to PCN every year and usually stay at Holiday Terrace but it was under construction. After this visit to Days Inn I will never stay anywhere else! Absolutely loved it! Traveled with my two grandsons10 and 4, they had so much to do there and had the time of their life!"

"On the day of my check in, main office was closed so I had to go down the road. The lady WAS AMAZING. So sweet, so helpful. My issue wasn’t until I woke up at 8 am with a random man staring at me stating I should not be here , that this is not my room. I explained I checked in this is the room they gave me. He said “I’ll see about that “ then left. He did not knock. He simply walked in where myself and my minor cousin were sleeping and woke us up . We were terrified. Definitely ruined it for us we packed and immediately left. This was june2nd -3rd room 358 Also to add floors were dirty. But I could’ve looked past everything except the invasion of privacy we were faced with."
