The room was clean but the paint colors and the decor made the room feel small and dingy. I did find marijuana shake in the night stand drawer along with the bible. I didn’t deal with staff at all, there was a kiosk with a remote agent on a video screen at check in. The pool was nice and it’s a great location.

Room was not cleaned and the 2nd room that was offered wasnt clean either, walls need wiped and floors need swept, rooms are outdated. The lobby looks great and new which leads to a misconception of the rooms.

Looking at their site on Expedia, this place looked great. But no, it was not. When staying in a cheap motel, my expectations are not very high. I’m just looking for a clean place to stay. And this was clean and the hot breakfast was pretty good. BUT I can’t say anything else nice. The lights wouldn’t turn on from the switch by the door at all. This morning we figured out that the standing lamp it was for was not plugged in. The bedside lights took a lot of trying before finally one lit, but the other didn’t; in fact, it didn't even have a bulb. We never could get the other light to turn off; we literally had to unscrew the bulb to go to bed. There are no curtains on the windows, just shutters, & the slats didn’t work well. The bed had a hard edge around the top, almost like a metal edge. The second drawer had no bottom to it. And this morning, the toilet was not emptying correctly; we thought it might overflow. We only paid around $55, but even that was overpriced.

The bedroom part was good but the bathroom needs a major make over thr bathroom wall was dirty I was scared to touch it and no ice machine wasn’t working the staff told me to go up to the second floor and that one wasn’t working either and the elevator wasn’t working also

Breakfast was luke warm, biscuits were hard as rocks, no gravy. Bagels were stale. Room had black mold over fron doorway, roach on the floor by bathroom sink, no blow dryer or iron, towels were gray and dingy .

I didn't eat the breakfast because it has next to it a waffle house and I love it. Maybe next time I try the breakfast from the hotel. Also, check in and check out were from a machine with someone working from India, everything was faster, but wear for me. I didn't see any physical person working there.

I had booked the room and arrived to check in at 5:00 am. They charged me extra because it was so early, and I asked if they would still charge me if I checked in later. I don't understand that charge; it was $50. So I won't be staying there again. I don't know why they charged me that amount; the hotel wasn't full, maybe that's why they did it, but I thought it was unfair.
