"It was find but we had young male adults making noise as if they were wrestling and the door across leaving 2 dogs by themselves barking for a hour. Once reported resolve the problem within 10 minutes."

"It's a nice place but I was very disappointed when I found out that it didn't have a hot tub. That's one of the reasons I booked here because I saw online that it did. Turns out it's a spa that is a separate business onsite and guests have to pay $49 to go there. Even then it's a sauna and cold plunge. Great location though!"

"Honestly, probably one of my favourite all-around hotel experience. The one bedroom view suite with a king sized bed was beautiful and well-appointed. The lobby with the koi pond is stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive. The little breakfast place in the lobby was great - good food at a reasonable price. And the location is really convenient for getting to all the sights in downtown Victoria. We would definitely stay again."
