"The hotel was superb, the staff were superb, very accommodating and helpful, allowed us to leave our bags on checkout and check-in and the cleaners very thorough. We stayed in the room with the Sauna, the room was excellent and the sauna and shower excellent. The only issue we had (and this will depend on who else is staying in the hotel) but the walls and ceiling were very thin, and you can hear very clearly in the room the footsteps taken on the floor above as quite a noticeable this and so sleep was disturbed quite frequently. Still 5 stars as this is not the fault of the hotel, and we still had a superb time. The location is ideal too, a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, and very easy to access all the major landmarks on foot. (We also recommend the "Limone" shop at the bottom of the street, the lemonade is to die for!)"

"Room was comfortable, not overly spacious but I had no plans to spend a lot of time there so it hasn't an issue. It was clean, comfy for sleeping and safe to leave my stuff. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Great location for sight seeing and enjoying a beautiful city. Would definitely stay again."

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely with plenty of choice. "This is a great hotel for the value. The room was pristinely clean and the beds are so comfortable! The adjustable option with massage is a nice touch. Everyone saying the area is sketchy has clearly never stayed in a big city before. It was fine and being a 3 minute walk from Termini is so convenient. There were several great restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Very nice stay overall."
