Absolutely wonderful stay, looking to go back! Welcoming from the start, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, room cleaned everyday, lovely amenity touches (sewing kit was used for an emergency!), and very close to lots nearby! Thank you for a wonderful stay

The best hotel in Rome: great location, wonderful service, a clean environment, nice and cold air conditioning in the room, clean bed linen and towels, very close to the Colosseum, and very affordable. I highly recommend this place.

Small room but perfect for one person. Staff was very accommodating with free snacks, coffee and consistently asking if I wanted water (was there during a heat wave). No real amenities at the hotel but perfect for someone who is going to be out most of the day in the city.

This hotel is close to everything. We walked to it with our luggage from the Termini Station with no problems (it took about 10 minutes). The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very nice with restaurants and stores very close by.

The hotel was super clean and Christina who was there during my 4 nights stay, was the kindest and most helpful ever. They offer free water, free coffee and plenty of snacks all at no charge. She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel.

Great property; it was renovated a few years ago, and you can tell everything is refreshed. Management was so nice and helpful with anything we needed. They clean the property daily, which isn't done much anymore. Great area close to most of the major landmarks, except the Vatican. They have mini-splits in every room, which works great. We were very comfortable, just like home.

We stayed here as a base for our group, mostly using it as a meeting point and a place to sleep between exploring the city, and it did the job perfectly. The price was well below most other options nearby, but you'd never guess it from the cleanliness — every room and common area was spotless the entire stay. What really stood out was the owner and staff. They were incredibly helpful, offering detailed directions and thoughtful recommendations that made getting around Rome so much easier. We don't need much from a hotel, but this place gave us everything we needed and then some. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, well-run place to stay in Rome with genuinely helpful hosts, this is it. Highly recommend.
