The service from the reception staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clear and very quiet, tucked away on a quiet street. Some excellent restaurants a short walk as recommended by staff. Not too far from the train station 10 to 15 min walk.

The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition. The location is very good, close to everything but away from all the noise of Rome. We had a junior suite which gave us plenty of room. The breakfast is truly an Italian breakfast which is heavy on pastry and light on what a typical breakfast is such as eggs. Bacon, sausage and other meat is absent. My only complaint was on checkout I told the front desk I was going to the cruise port and had hired a car. The front desk person said to cancel my reservation because she could call a car less expensive but turned out to cost me 50 euros more.

this was an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was good. I particularly liked Jose the bartender, and we enjoyed a drink in the hand of cards practically every night in a very comfortable lounge with Jose making the drinks. We also really enjoyed the tours at the hotel sponsors. Mario, our tour guide, was excellent.

We had a great stay in Rome. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely courteous, and the Junior Suite was the perfect size for our family. They kindly prepared a grab-and-go breakfast for our early flight back to the UK and even lent us an international plug when ours broke. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely hotel set in a quiet street away from any hustle and bustle of the city. We had checked in previously online before arriving so we were given our room very quickly. We chose to stay in a Standard room which was just right for our stay, more than enough room for us and decorated/furnished to an contemporary/well finished standard with everything that was necessary for our stay and housekeeping made sure that everything was made comfortable and refreshed for us on our return at the end of the day. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from, more than sufficient for our needs, maybe meat free but served us well. We had a few drinks in the bar area in the evening, found the pricing to be competitive and a nice chill atmosphere, must be lovely in the summer to sit out on one of the terraces. On leaving we had an early bus and needed to leave the hotel at 7am when breakfast starts, requested a snack to eat on the way, no problem and gratefully received. I always search for ages when booking a place to stay and Hotel Viminale came out tops for us, amazing hotel with professional friendly staff. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Viminale. The hotel itself was excellent - wonderfully appointed, clean, beyond comfortable. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel was centrally located to many major sites in Rome. I would absolutely stay here again.

The bartender Jose was awesome !! After walking all day, he would make me chamomile tea to help me relax and have a good night's sleep. Everyone was very kind to me and made me delicious cappuccinos. The room had a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and a comfortable mattress. A bonus was the mirror in the bathroom for doing my makeup. The hotel is close to Termini Station and the Central Market, where I ate the best pasta with truffles!
