It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around 9am which was quite annoying. Otherwise a great stay and would recommend.

酒店交通方便，约10分鐘便到火車站或地鐵站。 酒店位處一幢住宅内的一層，所以住客不會很多，因此前枱服務員Judy能認得每一位住客人。入住時，Judy向我們詳細介紹了這酒店的設施，令我們有家的感覺。 房間漂亮整潔，早餐也不錯！ 酒店保安設施也是很好的，即使在房内的窗也與别不同，開的時候是由上往下斜，而且不能全開，没有人可從此窗進出！不過值得留意是，此區入夜後頗靜。

The staff were excellent. Karen in particular was willing to work with our needs, such as having some breakfast items available for early departure. Because it is a B&B and not a hotel, the sign can be easily missed. Also, odd and even number addresses are on the same side of the street. Do not confuse with the similarly named Merulana Guesthouse.

I stayed at Hotel Merulana from June 20–25 and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location — walking distance to major sites like the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore, and surrounded by charming restaurants and cafes. The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortably furnished with modern touches like USB charging ports and strong Wi-Fi. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always available with great local tips. They made me feel truly cared for. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying, with good coffee and a nice variety of pastries and fruit. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and well-maintained, giving it a boutique charm. I highly recommend Hotel Merulana for anyone visiting Rome. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to the city.

Super nice people working there. Andrea and the other ladies working at the reception were lovely & super helpfull before our arrival (easily available via whatsapp) and during our stay for tips for best transportation methods etc. Room was clean, very calm at night even though located in historic centre. The smart tv has Netflix. The rooms stay nice and cool during the heatwave because the airco can stay on even when you leave.

The hospitality here is unmatched! Karen was so kind and welcoming to us. We inquired regarding a mattress topper after our first night and they gladly installed one for us. We were so appreciative of the top notch customer service. Great location, felt safe, and property was secure yet easy to navigate. Air conditioning and elevator!

Kleines Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Leider wird es Nachts nicht ruhiger. Dafür war es Sauber und das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.
