「This by far was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have got pictures. It is terrible. Rat boxes everywhere. I seen a rat running around outside. Paint peeling from the roof. Doesn’t even need to be open half the rooms I don’t even think are working people living there? I should get my money back because this place was so bad metal is coming out the side of the mattress ironing board was all rusty. It was just disgusting never ever ever. This should not be rented out. nobody in the office...

「The property was certainly not what the pictures portrayed. The location is questionable and we did not feel safe. The room smelt of smoke and we immediately went to front desk. Upon our conversation with the staff we decided it would be best to check out. I messaged Expedia as instructed by the property in regards to a refund and within minutes was told that the hotel denied the claim and will not issue the refund. Terrible experience and disappointed that no type of refund was offered.」
