Thank you for staying with us. I'm sorry that you lost your glasses, but I've spoken to the housekeeping team and they confirmed to me that the glasses were not left in your room. I've entered your information into our lost and found system, so if they show up elsewhere on property, we can match them to your report. We do not offer a breakfast or a swimming pool. The amenities that we provide are listed on all booking sites that take reservations for our hotel.Regarding creepy men circling our parking lot, I hope you alerted the front desk. Nothing like that would be tolerated, and I'd love to hear the description of the incident if you would care to contact me. I'd really like to know what you saw.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review.While there was absolutely a problem that you encountered upon arrival, you refused our offer of moving your room. We provided a free room for your family member who no longer wanted to use the sofa bed for the two nights that you told us she would be staying. When she decided to stay a third night, we offered her an extreme discount, which she accepted, even though you had moved, on the 2nd evening, to a room with a perfectly fine sofa bed.The interactions with our staff that you describe are simply are false.Congratulations on the graduation of your sailor. It is a true accomplishment to complete the Navy's Boot Camp successfully.

I'm very sorry that you did not realize that Sonesta Simply Suites hotels are extended stay hotels. This means that a number of our guests are staying for weeks or even months. That's why each room has a kitchen. If we could keep cooking smells from the hallways, we would. Hope your stay was good otherwise!
