今回10年ぶりに宿泊しました。 ホテルのホスピタリティは変わらず素晴らしく、西海岸の賑やかさから離れ、のんびり過ごすことができました。 ただ気になった点は、屋上露天風呂の老朽化と、スキンケアコスメ設置の改善を望みます。 また伺います。ありがとうございました。

服務不錯。 餐飲不錯，但是沒有和牛燒肉或火鍋，美中不足。 有天早上不到八點打電話來問何時可進房修電熱水器系統。我們並沒有要求，是整個系統因前晚停電造成。度假村這麼早打電話是非常笨非常不尊重客人的事。

루프탑 풍욕장이 아주 좋았고 미니바 음료도 무상제공되어 좋았습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 매우 친절한 서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다. 다만, 마스터 조명 버튼이 없어서 조명마다 따로따로 켜고 끄는 것이 불편했습니다. 그리고 가이세키 석식과 조식은 맛이 별로라서 실망스러웠습니다.

平日であまり混んでいなかったこともあり、他の宿泊客ともほとんど出会わずにゆっくりと過ごすことができました 一般的な沖縄のリゾートというような感覚ではないですが、原風景の沖縄と海を楽しみつつ、ゆったりと過ごすようなリゾートを楽しみたい方にはおすすめです 潮の満ち引きや朝夕の時間帯でも外の景色ががらりとかわるのもよかったです 大変満足できる滞在でした。ありがとうございました
