地理位置好，十分接近國際通，周邊跟各式廳，便利店，藥妝店，市場，都十分接近。
單軌及巴士站就在附近，沒租車也方便接通不同地方。
酒店房間空間足，兩個大行箱也可打開排放，不影響出入。
洗手間一貫日本的，偏細，但仍ok
酒店設施不多，但基本的都有。
位置方便，價錢合理

お部屋の掃除は4泊目？からだけど、毎日のタオル交換にアメニティは1階に置いてあるので、何の不便もなく良かったです

清掃は３日に1度。タオル類は毎日交換。
ホテルよ場所はゆいレール美栄橋から歩いて５分程度。国際通りには３分も歩けば着く立地。
なのに騒々しさもなく良い点が多くありました。ひとつ残念なことはバストイレ部分が建物の古さを感じた場所でした。お年寄りや足腰が弱い方は少しヨッコイショってなりますね（笑）

施設は古いですが清潔に保たれていれ不満はありませんでした。立地が 良いので国際通りに、徒歩で出掛けられます。リーズナブルですのでリゾート感を求めるのでなければ十分だと思います。
