「Staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and deal with queries, all of them, and we spoke to about six during our 3 night stay. Wi-Fi was a problem however, partly due to local geography. Would it not be simple just to put in an ID and a password which could be contained in room info? Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant but it was a surprise not to have a "help yourself" area with cereal, yoghourt, fruit and juices for those who do not want a cooked breakfast. I...

「Really quaint old inn with lots of exposed stone walls & beams. Staff were super friendly & helpful - really warm welcome & nothing was too much trouble. Bed very comfortable & the small double room I had was perfect just for me. Food in the restaurant was delicious & there was a good choice. Breakfast plentiful, well presented & hearty. 「Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! 「The location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre. (2 minute walk). Walking to town didn’t take much longer and we enjoyed looking around. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered advice about where to visit. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and the same for when we went down for breakfast. 「Room very clean & tidy looks like a recent refurbish which was very well done , the only thing was the mattresses could do with renewing , which is the only negative thing to say about our stay was able to help ourselves to tea ,coffee etc when needed . Could not ask for better staff , nothing to much trouble for them to do , very good choice for breakfast , never went out hungry also very good menu all round with a good choice of drinks at the bar , will definitely stay again and would highly...
