「The room was clean but you could smell the room before you even opened the door. Wasn't sure if it was cleanser or air freshener or what but it was overwhelming and hard to relax. Also the room was so small you could barely walk around the beds to get to the sink (which was oddly far away from the bathroom) or the bathroom itself. Was not a welcoming environment in the room at all. The river in back was nice but the property itself is right off a main road with railroad tracks you have to cross...

「The hotel was immaculate and smelled very good. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Sam on the overnight! Every hotel should have an employee like her! Shannon on days was super helpful and friendly as well! The pool was very clean as well as every part of this hotel. The Housekeeping staff do an excellent job!」

「We enjoyed the stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The main reason I am giving it a low rating is because the pool was not opened and looked like it had not been for awhile! This was not clearly stated before we booked. With 5 kids that was a huge let down! We would not mind staying again if the pool opens! The rooms are dated and not very fancy but that didn’t bother our stay at all!」
