「Charming old-style inn with a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help move our booking to another room when the cabin A/C went out a day before we arrived. We only stayed for a night, but we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Franklin!」

「I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. 「Very nice property! River view was so pretty! Didn’t understand why there’s no where to hang wet towels in bathroom. A mirror in the room would be nice. Needs a little updating. Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors like they’re in your room. Otherwise very nice & we enjoyed our stay.」
