「We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」

「We experienced a medical issue and had to end our trip early. We attempted multiple times to cancel our reservation, but every call to the hotel was extremely difficult. The staff members we reached could barely communicate in English, and several times they simply hung up on us. On one call, we were told “the manager is not here.” On another, we were told we had to “go online to cancel,” which was not possible for our situation. 「If you’re visiting Bryson city, this is the place to stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and super friendly. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be back again. The view of the mountains while sipping our morning coffee or tea is one of the best ways to start your day. Plenty of additional parking off the main driveway...
