「Overall, we were satisfied and very satisfied with breakfast. It was lovely. The beds were clean, lobby clean etc. The only questionable thing was our bathroom wasn’t 100% very usable but only because we had wipes to clean it with…… we’re talking to hairs and dust along the edges of the bathroom and things that make you question the other part. I wouldn’t not stay here again because of it, but it was a bit disappointing.」

「While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.」

「Breakfast: 5 stars. They have a good breakfast bar. Breakfast is from 6:30 am - 10 am but after 9:15 they stop refilling the breakfast bar. Not much to choose from if you come late. Cleanliness: 2 stars. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the lingering odor of lit cigarette was present and too strong for us to handle.」

「Did not use the pool but area looked nice; clean room; staff was very nice and personable; everything was great! My husband and I always stay at this hotel when vacationing there. We really enjoy the balcony where we love to sit and watch the ducks, geese and their families, the evening crane, and the groundhogs! Also, we enjoy listening to the river and the scene surrounding it. I’m sure the fireplace is wonderful to watch but it’s always been warm when there! Oh, and the rate was great! 」

「This hotel sits right on the main road and across the street from a busy heliport. The noise is loud and persistent. The pool areas were very nice but the plastic chairs and loungers need a good cleaning. Shade is limited around the outdoor water features. My room was supposed to accomodate four with one king bed and a pull out sofa. Bed was nice. Sofa was not. It is very low to the ground meaning this old lady could not get up and down from it without help. Also, it is just a 2 seater and it is...

「This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. 「It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again.」
