「Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening. It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. 」

「Perfect location, right next to West Lake and in77 shopping. Great room. Highly recommended!」

「In general, staffs are lack of training, some of staffs are even rude to customers. Never experienced anything like this with anywhere with sofitel. I don't normally write any reviews. However my experience in this China trip with sofitel is really bad」

「Good location 」

「Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.」
