"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great, everything felt well maintained and organized. However, our room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly, and the shower was broken, which was quite frustrating. The location is okay, convenient enough but nothing particularly special. I have stayed at other hotels from this brand before and had much better experiences. Unfortunately, this particular stay did not meet my expectations. Because of the condition of the room, I would not return or recommend this location."

"Very clean, love the decor! Room size was big and roomy for a NYC hotel. I don't think you get much for the $43 resort fee (in-room coffee, water, and juice and not everyone will use these- I didn't). Otherwise, thought it was an excellent choice of hotel."

"First room the floor was soaked. Second room found someone’s retainer on the floor. Rooms are VERY small"
