「Beautiful location with stunning views. The room was contemporary and well equipped. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the many choices of beers and wine. Ample parking with easy access. My only negative with the room is that the shower cubicle and bathroom could do with some maintenance by way of grouting and sealing, as there was quite a bit of mould in the shower. 「Absolutely lovely stay at the Barn. Such a great location: a friendly host, comfortable beds, super clean with large living areas. We will certainly be back. Great few days fossil hunting.」

The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. 「Very friendly owners, liked the history of the house.」

「The room was clean, shower over the bath, but could be a problem to older guests encluding my wife. Placed my towel on the edge of the bath but it was not replaced, but we were told it had to be in the bath. At breakfast we were served with an overcooked fried egg on our first morning, the next morning we had a very greasy and hard fried egg with black bits on and the mushrooms were cold.」

「It was located in a quiet historic village. The room was nice . Comfy bed , nice shower and bathroom. An Excellent full breakfast! And all for a very good price! 🙂」

「Great for a quick one night stop. Staff all friendly」
