I had a slight problem at checkout because I had paid Expedia for my stay but somehow the transaction never posted to my reservation at the hotel. It took over an hour to remedy this but that was on Expedia, not the facility. "

Like bathroom door could have used a simple cleaner and wipe down to rid it of hand prints, etc. Trim boards around bathroom door should have gaps and nail holes caulked. Shower head needs replacing, lots of scale and rust on it. "
