My third time staying here and second time renting the plaza suite. Always a good time. You get what you pay for. It’s not a high end hotel but I haven’t come across any major issues that would make me not want to come back.

This stay was extremely disappointing. Not only did we need to switch our original room due to the jacuzzi being filthy, the second room we were given was also disgusting, the tub was also rusted and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom door, as well as the bathroom door being broken. It was completely disgusting and off putting. We needed to go out a buy cleaning supplies to ensure the tub was disinfected correctly. The cable tv was also awful it kept cutting out and not working. I was so annoyed and defeated that switching hotels wasn’t an option seeing how you already had our money. Your pictures posted do not show the true authenticity of your hotel at all. At best this is a MOTEL, for hourly clientele. I will certainly never be staying here again, and I will deter anyone who thinks about it to reconsider. I also have pictures to prove my experience, that I will be posting on Expedia

The Room had a lot of issues. The hot tub faucet wasn’t sealed in the tub. The ceiling leaked water above the tub and you could hear the people above you walk like having upstairs neighbors and they told me I’d get my 150$ deposit back in five days it’s been ten. I wouldn’t stay here again as a first choice.

The room was extremely outdated and not at all like the pictures on line. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The bathroom door did not shut unless it was physically lifted. The hot tub was filthy and I needed to spend my own money on jet cleaner. The other rooms around me were exceptionally loud and staff is in another building. The vending machines were broken or unfilled.

The service was not very good – there was a lack of friendliness and the staff were not very welcoming. The room did not seem clean; when we opened the bed we found hair on the sheets, and when we went to take a shower there was a small USED towel hanging on the curtain. There were also two holes in the floor near the wall that we had to cover with paper because we were afraid of what could come out of them. They said there was a vending machine, but it was completely empty, so we had to go out to buy something to drink. The cleaning around and inside the bathtub could have been much better; it looked like there were caulking residues, and especially the mirrors were dirty. The experience could have been better—especially since we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and drove three hours to get there! They definitely need to improve both customer service and cleanliness, urgently!!!

We have come here twice a year for several years. This past summer we felt it was going down hill. This stay, will be our last. Staff support was severely lacking. The ice machine was not working the entire time we were there. They kept saying they fix it, but they did not. We bought a bag of ice every day, on our own from the local market. The room temperature was too hot, then too cold. The water had to run for a minimum of 3-5 minutes to warm up enough to shower. There was a leak in the bedroom window area. The inside sill had puddled water on it from the snow/rain. It was a huge disappointment. We won't be back.
