「We had a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was great and liked that it varied a little every day. The staff was very courteous. Everything from the room to the pool and fitness center were very clean!」

「window and door were not closing all the way, got noise complaint after daughter became ill. Food was good staff ok」

「I didn't go to breakfast. I put something from a restaurant in the fridge, but didn't realize it hadn't been turned on. They may have just opened for the season -- the room was musty. What I REALLY didn't like was even though I kept the 'do not disturb' sign up, someone opened my door every day. At least they weren't hiding it, as they tucked the sign in such a way that it was obvious that they had done this. Maybe they were checking - every day -- to make sure I wasn't dead? 」

「We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...
