Upon arrival and checking in, the receptionist is warm and friendly. The location was updated and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is better than a large chain hotel. Coffee and breakfast from 7-10 AM. The property is off the main road so very peaceful.Parking is adequate. My only complaint is the lack of outlets to plug 3 phones in when traveling with guests. Wifi can be spotty too. But wifi is spotty down the Cape. Bring your own mifi. I would rebook there because it is cozy, clean and friendly.

Beautiful property with rooms that feel spacious-the vaulted ceiling made such a difference. We stayed early in the season so it was very quiet-the beach is a quick walk down the street and downtown Harwich is about a mile away. Great location, kind staff, clean and comfortable-would definitely recommend and stay again!

Room was lovely - clean and spacious. The bar and pool were not opened while we stayed at the property. Location was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted during our stay.

Preseason visit so restaurant was not open. Our room was very clean and comfortable and all staff very helpful. No wifi problems. Really enjoyed our stay in the quiet time.

Our first and last stay here. The floors were disgusting. The washroom smelled like mold. The comforter which are reused did not have covers, they are covered with only two bed sheets which came off the moment my daughter's turned over. The remote was sticky and filthy. It was so bad i had to drive to cvs to buy disenfecting wipes. Breakfast staff were amazing though. Very pleasant and responsive. Front desk not so much. We were there 2 nights. On our check out day, we asked to use beach chairs for a few hours after tge 11 am check out. Front desk refused and said we could not use beach chairs past 1130 am. Never have I been told we could not use hotel amenities on check out day past 11 a.m. . The previous days had rained and we could not enjoy the beach. Very disappointing stay. Not a cheap stay for a motel called hotel.

Wunderschönes Hotel!!! Sauber, gepflegt und strandnah!!!!! Leider hatten wir nur 2 Nächte, die wir aber sehr genossen haben. Das war das beste Hotel auf unserer 2-wöchigen Reise 🙌

We found the Pelham on Earle to be a really nice boutique style hotel. It was very clean, the pool area was vey nice, the breakfast that was included was very fresh and delicious! Not your typical free breakfast, definitely elevated. Entire stay was seamless. Would definitely return!
