Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig und die Verkehrsanbindung ist schwierig, zumindest wenn man kein chinesisch kann aber insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English...
