My best and top pick hotel in Dongguan for the last 8 years. You cannot ask for a better location and staff service is beyond expectation. Room is very clean and well decorated. Breakfast buffet is rich, just like dinner.

Bad experience in 3 things:
1, I did tell the front desk during check in that I will consider to request breakfast with extra cost. And they said ok. But unfortunately the front desk staff passed me another paper to ask me sign off. I was sign off but didn't aware it is an official letter to proof me I have ordered breakfast cause I am talking to my teammate and the handwritten is very mess on the paper not like an office confirmation. Next day when I do check out another front desk staff (female) charge me the breakfast cost on official invoice. I was wondering about this extra cost but her attitude is bad and impatient. She seems trying to fight with me, and her voice is louder trying to tell everyone around the front desk said " it is u to sign off this paper n proof that u have ordered breakfast."
this front desk staff even said to me "no way to void the invoice"....
I said to her "I didn't official confirm breakfast request'" and ask this staff to further talk to their manager. After struggling more than 20mins. the front desk staff at the end confirm to cancel the breakfast cost.
2, This hotel charged my credit card RMB1500 deposit. But cannot send me back receipt cancellation proof as they said it maybe machine or system issue. Asked me to double check with my Bank whether have refund record.
3, hotel said deposit RMB1500 has been withdraw to me but they also charged me the handling cost RMB0.01 from my deposit without get my approval.
