「The building itself was fine. The room was small but adequate. The movable bed made the room livable and it was clean and well appointed. It is the location that led to my lower review rating. The patio was barely usable as it is next to a major highway and the traffic noise was overwhelming. Also it is not a good location for walkers as there are no stores or restaurants. There is one coffee store across the street but it was closed for the weekend we were there. Everything else was a 20+...

「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「Beautiful resort, beautiful grounds and golf course. The only issue is at the condo. There’s a bunch of Karen’s running around complaining that you’re there.」

Very friendly snd accommodating front desk staff (Danny) and others. Really remarkable all around. Great location in middle of downtown dining, too! 」

「Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.」

「Literally right on the beach. Walked out my door and in 15 seconds was sitting in a beach chair at the edge of the sea wall with a white sand beach before me watching pelicans dive bomb into the Gulf. Room was clean but not fancy. Parking was only issue, very narrow and limited spaces. However for the price and the location (hello, the beach) you can’t beat it! I will be coming back here next time I come to the beach on the Gulf.」

「Great place to vacation. Plenty of restaurants on or near the property. Lots of pools, hammocks, fire pit, Adirondack chairs. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool. Well located, will definitely go back.」

「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」

「It's a nice place and reasonable. It's convenient and has a lot of recent renovations . We've come here for several years and it remains a good deal. 」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」
